Children had a major role by interviewing old people in the town and, so, getting from them the precious information. Today, the so-called menu deleddiani, which are the outcome of a research carried out from the books of the authoress Grazia Deledda, give to tourists the opportunity to get familiar with the Sardinian food tradition that still maintains its immaterial richness of the 'know-how' together with the material one.
